Tiles can be returned within 28 days of there arrival at the showroom. Full boxes only in good condition. A re-stocking charge of between 25-30% will be incurred. No hand-painted or bespoke items can be returned.
Whilst C&C don’t have employed tile gutters, we can recommend several local tilers who we are confident will provide a professional service.
All sundries are in stock and available to take away. All adhesives, grout, sand and trims etc.
If for any reason you need additional tiles and there is an issue with stock levels there could possibly be a 2-week wait. This is unlikely!
We can work out the amount of tiles required for your job if we are provided with the measurements.
We have lots of brochures for customers to take away.
We don’t currently sell online because we don’t believe customers can get an accurate idea of colour, texture and quality. Because we don’t stock tiles customers aren’t pressured into buying “in-stock items”, they can choose freely and we can advise honestly and impartially.
Samples are free for customers to borrow, any samples we don’t have in stock can be ordered with no charge.
Damaged tiles will be replaced free of charge as long as damaged tiles aren’t used. If customers order tiles that they don’t like and want to return a re-stocking charge of between 25-30% will be incurred. Please note, no hand-painted or bespoke items can be returned.
Tiles can be delivered to private and business addresses. In most cases this will incur an extra charge.
As soon as the next day if ordered before 2pm on some items. Generally within 3 working days. Hand-painted and bespoke glass splashbacks will take a couple of weeks.
