If the tiles I ordered are incorrect or faulty (e.g. broken) – how long do I have to request a return?

Damaged tiles will be replaced free of charge as long as damaged tiles aren’t used. If customers order tiles that they don’t like and want to return a re-stocking charge of between 25-30% will be incurred. Please note, no hand-painted or bespoke items can be returned.
